1. Summary

• No account or sign-up is required. We do not use advertising, analytics, or tracking SDKs.
• Your precise location is used to find nearby shelters and local warnings. It is sent to our database only as a search query and is not stored.
• If you turn on Priority alerts, we store a notification token together with the forecast areas you watch, your language, and the earthquake intensity threshold you choose, so that we can send you earthquake, tsunami and weather alerts.
• The optional "Follow me as I travel" setting uses background location. Your device converts the position into a forecast-area code (roughly a prefecture) and sends only that code — never your coordinates.
• The optional live safety sharing feature sends your safety status — and, only while you enable location sharing during a disaster, an approximate location (rounded to about 1 km) — to our server so that people who hold your share link can view it. The link stops working 72 hours after you create it, and the record is deleted 24 hours after that.
• Purchases are processed entirely by Apple. We never receive your payment details.

2. Data we handle and why

3. Alerts and background location

• Priority alerts are off by default. The App works fully without them.
• For alerts we identify your device only by the notification token. There is no account, and we never ask for your email address or phone number. The only name we hold is the display name you type yourself when you create a safety-share link.
• "Follow me as I travel" is off by default and requires the "Always" location permission. Without it, alerts are re-aimed only when you open the App.
• When the background task runs, the conversion from coordinate to forecast-area code happens on your device. This feature never transmits your coordinates to us.
• Turning Priority alerts off deletes the registration from our server and stops the background task. If that request cannot reach our server, the App tells you so that you can try again once you are back online.

4. Live safety sharing — principles

• Sharing starts only when you create a share link, and stops when you stop it (or automatically after 72 hours).
• The link you send is view-only. Recipients cannot change your status or location.
• Location on the share page is coarse (about 1 km) and is only included while you enable location sharing during an active disaster. Turning it off also removes the previously shown location.
• Anyone who has the link can see what you chose to reveal, so share it only with people you trust.
• A session stops being viewable 72 hours after creation, and the record is deleted from our database 24 hours later.

5. Third parties

• Apple — payment processing for in-app purchases; Apple Push Notification service for delivering alerts.
• Expo Push Service — relays our alerts to Apple Push Notification service.
• Supabase — database hosting for shelters data, alert registrations and share sessions (region: Tokyo).
• GitHub Pages — hosts the static share-view web page.
• Data sources — shelter data from the Geospatial Information Authority of Japan (GSI); earthquake, tsunami and weather information from the Japan Meteorological Agency (JMA). These requests carry no personal data.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with anyone except as described above.

6. Your choices and rights

• Location permission is optional; the App works without it (with reduced functionality).
• Priority alerts and "Follow me as I travel" can be turned off at any time in Settings. Turning alerts off removes your registration from our server.
• You can stop a share session at any time in the Family tab.
• To ask questions or request deletion of your data, contact us at contact@tokyo-ridge.com.

7. Children

The App is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.

8. Changes

We will update this page when the App's data practices change. Material changes will be noted in the App's release notes.

• 正確な位置情報は、近くの避難所検索と警報の地域判定に使用します。当方データベースへは検索クエリとしてのみ送信し、保存はしません。
• 優先アラートをONにすると、地震・津波・気象の通知を送るために、通知トークン・監視予報区・言語・震度しきい値を保存します。
• 任意設定の「移動に合わせて追随」はバックグラウンドの位置情報を使います。位置は端末内で予報区コード（おおむね県単位）に変換し、そのコードだけを送信します。座標は送信しません。
• 任意機能のライブ安否共有では、安否ステータスと（災害時に位置共有をONにしている間のみ）約1km単位に丸めたおおよその位置をサーバーに送信し、共有リンクを受け取った人が閲覧できるようにします。リンクは作成から72時間で閲覧できなくなり、その24時間後に記録を削除します。
• 課金はすべてAppleが処理します。当方がお支払い情報を受け取ることはありません。

3. 通知とバックグラウンド位置情報

• 優先アラートは既定でオフです。オフのままでもアプリのすべての機能を利用できます。
• 通知のために識別するのは通知トークンだけです。アカウントは無く、メールアドレス・電話番号は取得しません。名前を保存するのは、安否共有リンクを作るときにご自身で入力する表示名だけです。
• 「移動に合わせて追随」は既定でオフで、位置情報の「常に許可」が必要です。許可しない場合、通知の対象地域はアプリを開いたときにのみ更新されます。
• バックグラウンドで起動した際、座標から予報区コードへの変換は端末内で行います。この機能で座標が当方へ送信されることはありません。
• 優先アラートをオフにすると、サーバー上の登録を削除し、バックグラウンドの位置タスクも停止します。削除要求がサーバーに届かなかった場合はアプリがその旨を表示しますので、通信が回復してからやり直してください。

4. ライブ安否共有の原則

• 共有はあなたがリンクを発行したときにのみ開始され、停止操作（または72時間の自動失効）で終了します。
• 送付するリンクは閲覧専用です。受け取った人があなたの安否や位置を書き換えることはできません。
• 共有ページの位置は約1kmの粗い精度で、災害発生中に位置共有をONにしている間だけ表示されます。OFFにすると表示済みの位置も消えます。
• リンクを持つ人は、あなたが開示を選んだ内容を閲覧できます。信頼できる相手にのみ渡してください。
• 共有は作成から72時間で閲覧できなくなり、その24時間後にデータベースから削除されます。

5. 第三者サービス

• Apple — アプリ内課金の決済処理、および Apple プッシュ通知サービスによる通知配信
• Expo Push Service — 当方の通知を Apple プッシュ通知サービスへ中継
• Supabase — 避難所データ・通知登録・共有セッションのデータベースホスティング（東京リージョン）
• GitHub Pages — 安否共有の閲覧ページ（静的サイト）のホスティング
• データ出典 — 避難所データ: 国土地理院「指定緊急避難場所データ」／地震・津波・気象情報: 気象庁。これらの取得要求に個人データは含まれません

個人データを販売することはなく、上記以外の第三者に提供することもありません。

6. ユーザーの選択と権利

• 位置情報の許可は任意です（許可しなくても機能を制限してアプリを利用できます）。
• 優先アラートと「移動に合わせて追随」は設定からいつでもオフにできます。オフにすると、サーバー上の登録は削除されます。
• 共有セッションはFamilyタブからいつでも停止できます。

7. 児童のプライバシー

本アプリは13歳未満の児童を対象としておらず、児童の個人データを故意に収集することはありません。

8. 変更

データの取り扱いに変更がある場合は本ページを更新します。重要な変更はアプリのリリースノートでお知らせします。
